Dear Sir;
A business man owning a factory producing Mini Croissants in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) is planning to establishing a new line for Brioche production. The business man has not ordered the necessary machines and equipments for the new production line. The businessman is looking to hire - on a short time basis - a Senior Baker (approaching retirement or has recently retired) specialized in Brioche making. This "Baker Expert" must have good knowledge and experience in Brioche making on industrial scale. So, he - the baker - can advice the businessman and his team on the requirements of the necessary machines and equipments necessary to operate the Brioche production line. The Baker has also to accompany workers and train them on production processes through operational phase, and always in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia).
